What slots should I install my memory for maximum performance.

I have  32 GB configured as below

1x16GB 16ATF2G64HZ-2G6E1   DDR4 64bit

2x8GB CT8G4SFS8213.M8FA      DDR4 64bit

No preference is stated in the Service Manual:

See pp. 50 and 72. I would put the 2 x8 on the backside of the motherboard and the single 16 gb in the "customer accessible" slot, leaving one easily accessible slot open just in case you want to add more memory later. However, any configuration that results in the system booting is OK.
