Product: Hp victus gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

DOA letter issued by HP for HP victus gaming laptop and when I contacted flipkart for replacement, they told me its seller brand policy and cannot provide replacement due to policy and Hp can only provide replacement. The current unit was sealed and is at my house ( Address- House no-176, 1st floor, DDA flats, Khirki, New Delhi 110017). Please provide assistance ASAP. Below is my DOA letter
