Bought my laptop one week ago and keep getting blue screen after downloading anything big size.
Is there any way to solve this problem without taking my laptop to service?
I found in a forum that my network card may be damaged and i need to replace it.
Any other solution ? please guys help me.
I tried CC cleaner still nothing.

Hi @Georgio_P_P_,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion 2 in 1 with an error message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (rtwlane.sys). Here is a link to the troubleshooting the Wireless connection, if you need it.
If this continues I would change the Channel on the router. Routers are capable of communicating to your Notebook on several different channels. Sometimes this corrects the speeds.
Some say this helps fix this problem Microsoft Fix it.
Here is a link to help as well.
Please let me know how this goes.

I have been having the same problem sinse I bought my computer in May 2016. The online chat support has reinstalled my drivers and every other solution they can come up with. Nothing works. Now they want me to send my computer in for repairs without a computer to use for the time they have my computer. This seems to be an on going problem & some bad customer supprot. I canNOT be without my computer during my nursing school. They make it a requirement that you have a laptop. That is the reason I bought this BRAND new computer. NO HAPPY! Good luck1

Hi
If you could post the Make and Model and OS it may help.
The WIN key + R may show, under System Summary; Components; Network; Adapter;
A listing of 20 lines for the Wireless Adapter, looking like this...
Name [00000001] Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter
.
.
Memory Address 0xFEAFC000-0xFEAFFFFF
IRQ Channel IRQ 4294967285
Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtwlane.sys (2023.54.331.2017, 6.49 MB (6,804,480 bytes), 03/05/2017 03:27)
Giving clues as to where a possible problem could be.
