Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I need help for my laptop's DVD Drive as the disk icon is suddenly vanished, I checked the device manager, it is not showing up there, I tried to troubleshoot, I checked some tutorials to resolve the problem by checking out the registry files, hardware diagnostic, restoring system from all the backups, searched hidden drivers , upgrading drivers  butTbut nothing worked.

The disk drive is visible in the bios setup when I checked but even after trying all the resolutions available on the hp support I am unable to resolve this problem,

The Dvd tray is not opening by clicking on the button, if I put a disk in the drive it does not reads it.

Kindly help with a resolve to this issue

Thanks and Regards

Prateek
