Help Please!!

Earlier, I could not get my DVD Drawer to open. Now I can with the help from a community member a moment ago... When I try to play a disc in my DVD nothing happens. There are two lights beside the drawer. There has always been. One light stays on and the other blinks. I thought I should mention... Is there any way I can get my DVD player works? Thanks

Are you trying to play a DVD video?

If so, W10 does not have the software to play DVD's.

Most of us use the free VLC media player from the Microsoft Store to play DVD's.

VLC - Microsoft Apps

If that doesn't work, most likely your notebook's DVD drive has failed and would need to be replaced.
