Dear All!

     I am facing some trouble with my notebook from some day. its dvd rom drive  tray automatically open frequently.also bluetooth is not working.

Considering the generation your laptop comes from, I am not surprised that some things are no lojnger working as before.

 

I suggest replacing the DVD rewriter or purchasing using an external DVD re-writer drive.

 

For the bluetooth issue you should reinstall the driver.

 

You did not take the time to state what the installed OS is so I can't help you with that.
