I have damaged my keyboard from my pavilion x360 (SN:Edited). Is there a way to replace the keyboard or do I need to send it in? I have looked for spare parts but could'nt find a keyboard. The product number is 39A76EA.

Hi @Paul2853,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We're sorry to hear your Pavilion x360’s keyboard is damaged—we know how frustrating that can be, especially when spare parts seem hard to find.

We’ve checked our records and see that your device’s warranty expired on 2023-09-04. While it’s out of warranty, we still want to help you find the best and most cost-effective solution.

Yes, the keyboard on your Pavilion x360 can typically be replaced. However, for some models, it is integrated into the top case and may require professional servicing.

To help us better assess the next steps, we kindly ask you to send us a private message with the following:

  1. 📸 A clear photo of the keyboard showing the damage (e.g., missing keys, water damage, unresponsive areas)
  2. 🌍 Your country or region, so we can look up compatible service options and parts
  3. 🔎 A short note on what happened (e.g., dropped, liquid spill, key detached)

Take care and have a good day.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, as it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
