Hi There, I have a user whose notebook has been damaged, and 1/4 of the screen is black, and it does seem like it has had a impact.

This appears to be classified as damage; however, we need to validate it further. I would suggest connecting with us via private message and sharing the pictures along with the product details so that we can review the case in more detail.
