Product: HP Pavilion dv7-6b56nr Entertainment Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to backup my laptops main drive data to an external usb drive. Itll be the 2nd time doing this on the same external usb drive 4 years apart. What will I encounter regarding some of the data that's already on there? Will it automatically skip it, overwrite it, or require me to do it? I just want to be prepared. Thks.
