Dauerhafte Tastaturbeleuchtung

Hallo, ich bin neu hier und ich habe gleich zwei Fragen:

1)  Ich suche die Einstellung, wo man beim HP Envy Laptop - 17-cg0320ng die Tastaturbeleuchtung 

bei Netzbetrieb  d a u e r h a f t  aktiviert wird.

Die Tastaturbeleuchtung geht nach ein paar Sekunden bei "Nichtbetrieb" aus.

2)  Wie kann man bei Batteriebetrieb bzw. Akkubetrieb die Stunden-/Minutenanzeige des Akkus sehen ?

Die Prozentansage sagt darüber nichts aus. Z. B.  der Akku zeigt noch 89% an. Wieviel Stunden/Minuten sind das ??

Andere Hersteller wie Asus oder Acer oder Lenovo zeigen die Stunden/Minutenanzeige beim Akkubetrieb an.

Für jede Lösung zu meinen Problemen bin ich sehr dankbar.

I'm looking for the setting where the keyboard backlight on the HP Envy Laptop - 17-cg0320ng is set during mains operation. The keyboard illumination goes out after a few seconds if it is "not in use".

Man kann den Support nur über einen virtuellen Agenten erreichen und der hat keine Ahnung !!!!

You need to contact support in your region for German support. However, I can assist you with your question in English.

I see that you want to set the keyboard backlight to always on.

If the blacklight stays on for only a few seconds, the backlight timeout setting might need configuring in the BIOS.

NOTE: If there is not a setting for the backlight timing in the BIOS, this behavior might not be supported on the notebook. Check your notebook model's product support documentation to confirm support.

Your BIOS version and screens might vary.

1. Restart the notebook, and then immediately press the F10 repeatedly until the BIOS opens.

2. When the BIOS opens, use the arrow keys to navigate to the Advanced tab.

3. Navigate to Built-in Device Options, and then press Enter.

   

4. In the Built-in Device Options, select Backlit keyboard timeout.

5. Press the spacebar to open the keyboard backlight settings, and then select the timeout setting you want.

   NOTE: 

   If you select Never, the backlight remains on which could quickly drain the notebook battery power.

Hello,
thank you for answering me.
I can only reach the German support by phone.
But when you call there, you are put on hold set, e.g. B. in 65th position.
And calling on my cell phone will be very expensive for me.
There is unfortunately no e-mail contact.
Just a virtual agent who has no "clue" to special requests.
Just suggests only general.

I read in your mail that you are an HP employee.
May I continue to write specific questions about notebooks to you?

I have the HP Notebook Envy 17-cg0320ng with the BIOS F.10 Rev. A.
The menu item for setting the background lighting is not displayed in the BIOS.
Isn't there any other way I can
Keyboard lighting in battery operation for at least 10 minutes
can be adjusted?

Unfortunately, there is no option for Keyboard lighting in battery operation for at least 10 minutes.
