Dead and won’t charge

My laptop won’t charge and is dead, I’m using the flat charger, I have two different chargers and they both don’t work, I’m not sure if it’s a software issue or a hardware issue, either way I want it fixed

I can appreciate your wanting it fixed but we will need to have a little more information. Please give the model or product number. What do you mean by "flat charger"? By dead I assume you mean there is no response to the power button at all?

On the side of the laptop there’s two holes for two different chargers, one is circular and the other is flat. When I try to turn the laptop on the light on the side flashes orange for about five seconds and then stops

Also when I hold the power button for fifteen seconds and let go the light alternates between orange and white, the caps lock light is also lit up during this

Is it under warranty? Symptoms point to a dead motherboard so needs substantial repair.
