Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Community Members.

Laptop gets ON on when connected to AC outlet. But when Only battery power is supplied it doesnt even boots up. Or when there is sudden power cut the laptop switches off.

 

I have already replaced the battery with a new one and also checked with different AC adapter. IMG_20220626_210504.jpg
