HP 14-cm0080au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I own a HP 14-cm0080au laptop.

Being installed for more than a year now the device only dedicates 1024mb of vram despite having 16gb.

Is there any way to increase this because prior to months before installing 16gb ram I had 12gb, and video games such as GTA V detects a higher vram such as 4096mb but only for a little while, it went back to 1024mb and it has resulted in lower performance in gaming and editing in photoshop.

Hi@Lvmbda, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

We checked with the Spec it supports a good amount of memory , for gaming and photoshop needs a graphic card minimum of 4 GB dedicated.

Due it the resulted in lower  performance in gaming and editing in photoshop,

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
