@Aman_Abdu The HP 15 series is not a gaming device, it's made for simple everyday usage, hence the kind of games you are intending to play may not work on this configuration, as it barely meets the requirements of those high performance games you've mentioned, that said, if you wish to play those games without any lag, you may want to go for the HP Pavilion power or the Omen series!
Also, if there are no relevant updates released by the graphics card manufacturers, HP wouldn't have any updates either, either way, you can go to the HP website and confirm the same.

@Aman_Abdu Moving the OS to the SSD, isn't something we would support, as that could create complications although, using an SSD instead of an HDD does improve system performance, that said, if its the performance you need help with I suggest you go through the below steps:

i don't have any problem with system perfomance.. im mean that, is it good replacing dvd drive to ssd, so laptop get faster boot up, improve usage speed so that il get hdd to store use personal files and ssd to windows files(windows C drive).
i also want to know will it improve gaming perfomance by doing this...?
OR is there any possibilities to change the dedicated graphics card.. means i want change my current Amd radeon to Nvidia graphics card which has similar specs and size...??

Thank you for posting back.
To get the answer to this question, adding or increasing the storage will improve the overall performance of your computer.
And, it's not possible to add a dedicated graphics card on this computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
