Product: HP ZBook 15 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
As of today my Zbook 15 G2 battery does not charge anymore. I have performed all the recommended checks and tests, but these did not solve the problem. Running the battery tester of the HP Support Assistant yields the following error code: 0LML0X-7H293R-XD7WMF-C0BJ03 and product name: M4R29ES#ABH. According to your site, the warranty of this laptop is still valid, therefore, I would like to hear from you how to proceed and have the defect battery replaced.
