Why have both usb c ports failed on my xp 360?! It is obviously physical because if you jiggle it a tiny bit you can get it to start to charge and if you don't breath on it and if the stars align right it will stay on. Further, so many others are having the same issue...it's all over the net. Why would HP foist this incredibly expensive piece of junk on the public? And no, no one yanked on the cord. It's treated gently and I only use it as a desktop in my office.

You asked for product info which I provided. Afterwards you sent me an email telling me you were closing this ticket because I didnt repond. I subsequently sent at least 2 more emails to inform you that I had in fact provided the product info. NO response from you. So, is that it?
