Product: HP Chromebook 14 inch 14a-na1000 (323Q4AV)

The HP Chromebook we have used for about 10 months began to have hinge issues with light everyday use, which led to the corner of the screen starting to pop out. This, in turn, caused damage to the display, and our machine is now unusable. I have seen multiple threads on this hinge defect, and was just wondering how HP handles this failure in design and workmanship.
