I purchased an HP Spectre x360 on 3/17/2024. The laptop I received was defective, so I was sent a replacement. The replacement was also defective, so I was sent a laptop of a different model, which I received 6/3/2024. On at least four separate occasions (9/18/24, 10/7/24, 10/10/24, 10/11/24), the laptop crashed, giving the error code indicating the same defect as the previous computers. I contacted HP, requesting a refund for the device. The request has been denied, even though it is a valid option per the Limited Warranty, under which my laptop is covered for a full year. It is unacceptable that three separate devices costing nearly $2000 are defective upon delivery, and cannot be relied on to work as expected. HP's customer service representative expressed agreement with that sentiment, but still refused to process the refund.
How would one go about getting a refund for this?
