Defective Left Hinge HP Envy x360 15m-bp111dx

I got this computer and aftr two months the left hinge broke and cause the screen to creak too.

I just have it replaced (paid $375) the computer cost was $950.

To my supris the technician said the replacement came without the screws so it is attachd now with less screws than original model, that anyways having all the screws broke.

I so affraid the same happens to the scren

Is HP replacing this computers since so many people have the same problem thay should recall as dfective and replace the computers for free.

It was not a sheap computr to start with and have it broken after a month of use because of defective model.
