- Delivery date revised AGAIN?

It's the third time they changed the delivery date. I'm tired of waiting. The first one was right after I bought it. It should have been Feb 5, and I bought a $540 laptop, it's 3 years of savings for me! Then right after I bought it they moves the date to Feb 12, and now (not even with an email, I had to check it up myself!) I read that "Revised delivery date: Mar 10."?? Another WHOLE month? For what, I wonder? Couldn't they just use the proper delivery date from the start? I would have bought the same laptop (minus the backlit keyboard) in a store and saved me 3 LONG months of waiting (I bought it Jan 9!!!). Definitely NOT a happy customer! If the delivery date gets changed again I'm afraid I'm going to ask for a refund, no matter what. When I said to customer service that I was willing to wait a bit, I wasn't thinking of 3 MONTHS.

I can certainly understand your frustration in this situation -- but you need to understand that we here have no influence on this in any way at all. The Service Centers operate outside our control and we have no contact or influence with them.
The same is true of refunds -- we have no influence on that and no way to assist in that.
For both of these, you would have to recontact HP directly.
