Hi,

 

I have recently purchased HP 15-da0327tu.

I would like to update my Ram. How to check my present memory config? What details I should go through while purchsing additional ram, online. Can i go with any DDR4 laptop ram? Else I should look into details like speed, latency etc?

It has 4GB or RAM on 1 slot now  4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB).

 

Your can upgrade to 32GB and use DDR4 2400 MHz RAM but it will run at 2133 MHz and please ONLY use compatible RAM such as

The one you suggested was the same I was about to buy.

My inbuilt RAM has CAS Latency of 15 and the one you suggested is having Latency  of 17. Will this mismatch make any  issue?
