HP Recommended
Product: 15" HP Laptop

Get the following error when attempting to update System Firmware

Have removed the device from Device Manager and rebooted but get the same error showing in Device Manager

 

HP Support Assistant says it needs to update itself but fails saying the update is not compatible with the device... don't know if these problems are related.
