I need to ask few things.
After installing SSD NVMe. It s slightly heating up when in use. Is it normal?
I also upgraded Ram to 16 GB. The manual specification states i can be upgraded to 16 GB only but the computer suggests that it can be upgraded to 32 GB.
Currently 16 GB is enough with me. WIll that be affecting the heating factor as well?
Also i tried to install window on NVMe but when selected UEFI mode it does not recognizes any of HDD ( I deleted partion of both HD for clean install).
I although have installed on legacy boot. Which one better?
If UEFI how can i shift to UEFI?

Which NVME did you wind up installing? I thought you were good to go as you awarded a solution and said it was working. If you can't see either hard drive in secure boot mode that likely means the HDD is formatted with an MBR system so would need to be set to legacy boot and if the M.2 does not appear in either secure or legacy boot mode then you might have declared a win prematurely and may actually have the compatibility issues we discussed.

uefi and secure boot are related but not exactly the same thing. The issue is legacy boot or secure boot. Windows 10 will install in either mode. If you are going to install Windows to the M.2 it is best to remove the HDD while you are doing it. Makes life much easier as having a disk with Windows already installed on it in the computer just messes up an attempt to install to another drive. You can put it back in later.
Try pulling the hard drive and see if the M.2 can't be recognized in the UEFI boot menu. Is it brand new and blank or has it somehow previously been initialized and formatted?
Seems like you are getting a lot of info here after saying you got a solution already. How are you planning to install Windows to the M.2? Using a usb thumb drive?

Windows has already been installed but in legacy mode not UEFI mode. My concern only was someone suggested me that UEFi is better than legacy so i was concerned.
More concern was slight heating to me.
The SSD NVMe was in used condition already having partitions and window which i formatted and installed window through legacy mode.
Does t matter to get information after accepting a solution?

Doesn't matter really, but the library of accepted solutions for future users works better if the solution is assigned to the user who actually provided the answer. So theoretically once solution granted there should be no need for more questions. But no need to stand on technicalities we will help until you are helped.
UEFI is "better" than legacy because allows secure boot which is designed to prevent unwanted apps from accessing the bootsector of the hard drive and theoretically will keep things like rootkits from invading your computer. I guessed correctly that the M.2 had previously been used and once it is set as MBR, accessible only to legacy boot, simply partitioning and formatting does not change that. You could convert the disk from MBR to GPT (compatible with secure boot) but that would mean reloading Windows. So the PM961 is fully compatible. Good to know. Thanks. Good luck to you.
