When i installed driver from notebook  site,he can saw my real video card hd6550m,but he didn't work correctly,because i see message what driver didn't work correctly and i can't open any game and e.t.c So when i installed driver from AMD website for HD6550M notebook can't see it correctly,he saw HD5000 series.So,can you help me solve the problem?

I see that your experiencing issue with the Graphics driver installation, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • When was the last time it worked fine? (Games)
  • Are you getting any error message while opening the game or application?

While you respond to that, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

 

You can uninstall the graphics driver completely and reinstall the driver from HERE

 

Note: while uninstalling the driver please check the box saying uninstall drivers from this device
