Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Ich habe mir das genannte Notebook zugelegt. Im Allgemeinen scheint es zu funktionieren. Jedoch blinkt die Akku LED dauerhaft (5 mal lang). Dauerhaft heißt hier, auch wenn wenn das Notebook ausgeschalten ist, das Netzteil angeschlossen ist oder nicht.

Das soll sicher nicht so sein.

Ich würde die Frage ja auch an den Support stellen, aber ich kommen nicht über den virtuellen Agenten hinaus 🤔

Jetzt hoffe ich hier auf Infos und Hilfe.
