Product: envy spectre x360 13 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bei meinem HP envy spectre x360 13 leuchtet immer die Taste F6 und lässt sich nicht abstellen. Außerdem entlädt sich der Akku, auch wenn er heruntergefahren ist, innerhalb von ein paar Stunden.. Der Akku wird bei Betrieb sehr heiß und der Lüfter wird sehr laut!

Mein Diagnostic Tool sagt, dass der Akku in Ordnung ist.
