Difference in Pavilion X2 Series Numbers?

Hello,

I am looking to pick up a Pavilion x2 from a local second hand shop and have a few questions.

1) What is the difference in Series, from what i can see there is an N Series / K Series and J Series

2) What is the difference in Model Serial Numbers for example : 1-0N100NA and 10-N002NA or 10-N155SA

I understand that you would like to know the difference between the HP Pavillion X2 series laptops. 

The difference is basically of processor used in the laptop, the speakers, etc. However, I have managed to get the detailed product specifications for the below laptop models:

• HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n100ns.

• HP Pavilion x2 10-n002na.

• HP Pavilion x2 - 10-n155sa.
