VGA PC Camera Installation disk shows direct X not supported by Win 10. Is there a way to get a new Direct X that will install this camera?

By default, Windows 10 has DirectX 12 which is most recent version. Maybe your DX version is incompatible or it's files are corrupted or deleted by some reason. However you can check DirectX version through:
- Open Cortana Search and type CMD
- Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator
- Type "dxdiag" and hit enter
You will find info about DirectX. So if anything goes wrong than you can run Windows Update to install missing and necessary files. Otherwise you can download from 3rd party e.g. https://filesmint.com/directx/ and install it manually.
Let us know whether your issue is solved or not.
