Is there any way to Disable ryzen SMT / Hyper-threading? I don't see any such option in the bios (yes it's updated), and, AMD's Ryzen Master tuning utility states Unsupported Processor and won't launch. AMD Ryzen 7 6800H.

If you want to disable hyperthreading due to overheating, I recommend you change the upper processor speed from %100 to %99. That will keep the CPU out of turbo mode. Also, make sure that the minimum processor speed is %5 and not %100

Thanks, but my goal is to improve single thread performance. Currently a program will max out at 6% cpu (1 of 16 HT's or 1/2 of a core) - I would prefer it to max out at 12% cpu (1 of 8 cores when SMT is disabled).
