Dear HP community,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the support I received from HP in Dublin. I recently raised a support request for my HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au, which had a broken hinge and screen, making it impossible to use the touchscreen or even fold the notebook.

Despite having a video call with an agent who promised to get back to me the next day, I did not receive any response. I followed up with them the next day via WhatsApp and still received no response except for an apology for the delay in their responses. This is not the level of professionalism I expected from a reputable company like HP.

I rely heavily on my laptop for work, and this delay in support is causing a significant inconvenience. As a loyal HP customer, I hope to receive the support I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I urge HP to take customer support seriously and ensure that their customers receive the timely and effective support they need. I hope that my experience will be taken as feedback to improve the quality of support for all HP customers.
