Hello, i was wondering if there is a way to get BIOS drivers for a discontinued laptop? HP website says that none are available, and i am unable to find them anywhere else. Stuck in an infinite loop after post and also am unable to boot into anything, besides accessing BIOS and diagnostics, rollback of BIOS crashes too

Your notebook has the latest BIOS update HP released.
If you need to make a BIOS recovery drive, with the F.45 file here are the info and exe file links.
