Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?

Example: HP Envy 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This computer came with 2 harddrives:

- a small C drive 118 GB

- a large D drive 931 GB

The problem: programs automatically load onto the Program Folder of the C drive and so that space is almost all used up.

I've tried to cut and paste these programs to the Program Folder of the D drive, but most of the time I'm not allowed to.

How do I free up space on the small C drive?

You have to tell your machine to use 😧 then allocate folders on 😧 (what ever you like) to store your files. Please use the following way to set 😧 as default

Once you do what @banhien has suggested, so stuff no longer get stored automatically in C:, you will have to reinstall your programs and point them at 😧 in the process.

Why? Because you can't just copy and paste programs from one drive to another; you have to remove and reinstall them.
