Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop is HP pavilion , 16 GB RAM and 16 GB Intel optane.  The disk usage is 100%, performance is pathetic and does not allow me to do anything, I have removed all programs. It is frustratingly slow.

If I were you, I'd run the hp diags for the disk AND 3rd party tests like hdsentinel etc 

seems like the disk is damaged.
