Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV)

Schönen Vormittag,

ein Scharnier des  Displays (links) ist gebrochen - das Notebook ist nie hinunter gefallen; immer ordnungsgemäß verwendet worden.

Das Gerät befindet sich noch in der Garantie - erst 6 Monate alt. Es funktioniert auch noch - nur lässt sich das Display nicht mehr vollständig schließen. 

Ich bin nun auf der Suche nach einem Kontakt zum Einsenden des Gerätes - über die Tools & die Support Homepage ist nichts heraus zu finden. 

 

Bitte um Unterstützung.
