Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your HP Victus 16 display. We understand how concerning this can be.

Based on what you’ve described (internal crack with no visible external damage), this type of display issue is generally classified as accidental or physical damage. If the laptop is out of warranty (OOW) or does not have Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) coverage, the display replacement would be a paid repair.

What support is available

  • HP can still assist with out-of-warranty repair options.
  • The display can be replaced using genuine HP parts to ensure proper fit and display quality.
  • Pricing and turnaround time depend on your region and the exact display panel used in your Victus 16 model.
