Hi,
Have you tried using the drivers supplied from HP for your PC?

Let me know,
David

OK. cc1xx and cc100 is the same series. Your actual PC will have number instead of the xx in cc1xx or instead of the 00 in cc100 ( Example: HP Pavilion - 15-cc103tx )
To find your exact model or product number you can follow this HP support guide
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
I try never to use driver software, as many times in the past I have had many problems with the computers of clients which were using these type of software. Better to get the drivers from HP support page for your PC or let Windows install them automatically.
Let me know,
David
