Dear HP Support Team,

 

I am writing to formally dispute a recent denial of warranty service for my HP Victus laptop (Product No: [9X5F3PA#ACJ], (edited) , purchased on [27-09-2024] from [Amazon].

 

I was denied warranty support on [Date] based on [reason provided, e.g., physical damage claim], which I strongly contest as inaccurate. The device has been handled responsibly, and no such damage has occurred.

 

This experience has been disappointing, especially given HP’s commitment to quality and customer service. I request a thorough re-evaluation of my case and immediate action to honor the warranty or provide a valid explanation.

 

Kindly treat this as an urgent escalation. I look forward to your prompt and fair resolution.
