Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having trouble getting the back off this laptop. 6 screws on back and I can get the front and sides un snapped but the back/hinge side doesn't seem to want to come un done.

Did you remove the 4 screws under the rubber strip???
