Hp 15 db 1059 au
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to expand my Random Access Memory (RAM) to 8GB as all the features in my laptop is best as far as I know with its 2.6 GHZ clock speed and 1TB hard disk alongwith 1920x1080 display, except the RAM.

I have recently in July, 2020 purchased the afore mentioned model laptop though Amazon assuming its RAM might be upgradeable after checking the product specifications that no where mentioned about its availability of only one slot for RAM and cannot be expandable.

After checking your website specifications I learnt there is only one slot for RAM.

My question is can I be able to expand my RAM, can HP (Hewlett Packard Enterprise company) help me expand my laptop's RAM by placing the extra slot for RAM?

I wish i might get the possibility to upgrade my RAM.

Its specs

Yes, it has 2 slots of RAM and support 32GB (2 x 16GB) max. This is not a warranty item therefore asking HP engineer to upgrade RAM for you may cost a lot more than you thought. Please check HP Service Center in your area first.

You can ugrade to

   (a)  8GB: Add same existing 4G to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM

   (b) 16GB: install 8GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM

   (c) 32GB: install 16GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM
