I just found following formula for wh to mah conversion
Calculate Milli-Amp Hours
mAh = Whr x 1000 / Volts
So my battery = 41.9 * 1000 / 11.55 = 3,627 mah
This meand if i have 20,000 mah power bank it can charge my laptop 4-5 times
Is this correct ?
And also can somebody tell does my laptop model has USB 3.1 C type through whihc i can charge ?

Your machine has following ports
1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data up to 5 GB/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge);
2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only);
1 HDMI;
1 RJ-45;
1 headphone/microphone combo.
It has USB-C which supports Power Delivery that means you can charge your laptop with a COMPATIBLE power bank.
>>>> This meand if i have 20,000 mah power bank it can charge my laptop 4-5 times.
Your machine uses 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery and you say your 20,000 mAh can charge it 4-5 times. Please check your math..
Regards.

Unfortunately, the specifications seem to be incorrect for this model. While specifications state that the USB-C port supports the DP and PD Alternate modes, this is refuted by an internal marketing database document as well as the model's Maintenance and Service Guide.
Hence, the USB-C port is data only and will, unfortunately, not provide any other function.
From my understanding, there is currently not a single HP Pavilion model with USB-C ports that support Alternate modes.
