Do this computer have a HDD slot?

I looked its model page but i couldnt find out Do this model has a second SSD slot or a HDD slot to upgrade?

It has an empty 2.5 inch bay and the model you ask about comes with only a 128 gig M.2 "gumstick" SSD. The hardware needed to attach and work with a 2.5 inch drive (SSD or HDD) will not be provided.

You also need to find some way to mount the HDD inside the laptop because:

These "L" part numbers are nearly impossible to find and expensive when you do. You would be better off to simply install a larger capacity M.2 SSD.

Why do you people tell customers that they can add a 2.5" HDD/SDD?  Those parts are not available (apparently, anywhere on the earth).  HP has never and by all appearances, will never stock them.  They're referenced for dozens of different laptop/notebook models.  People all over the internet have been trying to find these parts for many months.  Clearly HP has no intention of ever making them available, yet they tell customers that they can add a HDD/SSD.  [edit]  I expected more from HP.

I stand by the truth of my post and I take very serious offense at being called a liar. You need to choose your words much more carefully. I have actually found these parts being sold but as I said they are crazy expensive so for all practical purposes not available. You are better off getting a larger capacity M.2 SSD.
