Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My dock G5 worked 3 days as desired with my HP Elitebook 640 G10 (2 DP-monitors, USB-Dock, RJ45). All of a sudden  the devices were not connected to the laptop 2 times (the laptop itself worked).

In this phase the dock-LED  blinks constantly. From the dock manual (I could not locate the offical HP version) it ist not quite clear what this blinking means.

Would the dock G5 Essential be a more reliable solution?
