Microsoft Windows 11

Purchased a G5 notebook dock and it isn't working.  I have updated the drivers and according to the specs, the dock should be compatible with my laptop which is running Windows 11.

I have no clue.  I can't tell the model I have, as it is all product codes instead of simple model numbers.  This is the about my PC info.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I updated the drivers, all other HP updates for my laptop, checked the dock, which is recognized, but still giving the same error code, had HP recognize my device and recommend the best dock, which is the one I have and it still isn't working.  To be clear, the dock is compatible with the laptop I have, it just isn't working and more importantly, this shouldn't be an issue, as it should be plug and play for a laptop that is less than a year old.  All other components worked on previous HP dock and laptops that I have been using.  I need this fixed ASAP for work, as I need multiple monitors to conduct business and have several projects that are being impacted by this issue.
