I am looking for a dock that will provide HDMI, Etherent, USB, and power through a single USB-C port so that I can connect my new 2019 Envy 13 to an external monitor, to a wired network, and to an external mouse and keyboard, when I am at home.
I have bought the HP USB-C Dock G4 but it doesn´t work at all with this Envy-13, so I am going to return it.
The specs of this 2019 Envy 13 state that it supports Power Delivery 3.0 and Display Port 1.2 through USB-C, so I guess I need a dock that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB-C and Power Delivery.
I don´t want a universal dock based on DisplayLink chips which doesn´t handle native video and may have some limitations.
Which are the HP and non-HP USB-C dock options for this Notebook?

It looks like a lot of trial and error is needed for laptops with usb-c ports and usb-c docking stations. I finally found one that works well with my Envy 13, which is cheaper although it doesn’t include the USB-C charger.

Thank you.

How did the G4 USB-C dock not work for you?
I have had very good luck with a relatively inexpensive USB-C power delivery dock made by Iogear that is sold at Best Buy,
I have used this with an HP Spectre 13-v series and now am using it with my Thinkpad Carbon X1. The only downside is it will not drive more then one 4k display. A 4k and an HD is its limit. I am actually sending this from my home setup which is exactly what you describe. I have one HDMI external monitor and one driven from the mini-DP. Ethernet, mouse, keyboard, an external hard drive for backup and audio is connected to the dock. Using a 65w generic USB-C power supply which powers the dock and charges the laptop.
Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if this is the info you needed.

This is an even newer model also made by Iogear available on amazon Spain:
Its a bit more money I am sorry to say but has some extra features like USB-C pass-through ports. It does include an AC adapter and the other does not.
