The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c06215349
It has
- 1 USB Type-C™ 3.1 Gen 2 (Data Transfer up to 10 Gb/s);
- 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only);
- 1 HDMI 1.4;
- 1 headphone/microphone combo
and the specs of the docking station

No, they are NOT fully compatible. The USB-C on machine is not fully compatible with the USB-C on the docking station. You have to use USB-A dock.
If you wish to have 2 or more external monitors, please enter your requirement on the following link and it will find for you few options on market today including some HP products (note USB-A):

or try following HP docks (note USB-A)
