Microsoft Windows 11

I bought the G5 dock station for my HP Pavilion 15 cs-3xxx.
Unfortunately, the monitor attached to the docking station is not detected by my PC. Searching the net I saw that my model NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery.
I would like to ask the following questions:

1) is there any way (even through the use of adapters) that allows my pc to detect the monitor attached via HDMI to the docking station? (Avoiding attaching the hdmi directly to the pc). So the only monitor that has to work will have to be the one attached via HDMI, while the one on the pc (laptop) will remain off (only monitor working)
2) which docking station is compatible for my model?

Thanks
