Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

 

I have a small problem, my workstation (studio G5) doesn't charge when I plug my HP Dock G4 in. There is an notification that the power output of the docking station is not compatible. Both products are from HP so I expected it to work, that's why I bought it actually. The idea of a docking station is that I need one single cable for everything. 

 

Is there a solution available or an other docking station that will work with my laptop?

Sorry, the dock is NOT FULLY compatible with your computer. The compatible list

Probably you need the second dock on page 39 of the following document

You can use other docks but NOT fully compatible.
