You are not going to be able to power and charge the laptop through a dock or port replicator as the USB-C port is data only. So you have to use a USB port replicator with DisplayLink capability that sends video over a usb connection.
Something like this would work through the USB 3.0 port or with a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter connected to the USB-C port.
