Hello everyone,
Desperate for some help here.
I have an HP Envy x360 laptop and a HP 3005pr USB 3.0 docking station. It was all working fine until a Windows update earlier today. When I plug into the docking station, the ethernet cable and HDMI work just fine, but nothing else does. The mouse and keyboard don't work and neither do any other USB devices - regardless if they're plugged into the docking station or the laptop directly. I've recovered my PC to a version from a few days ago and the problem persists. When I plugged the docking station, it used to come up with a different storage drive etc but now nothing happens. I can't use any of my peripheral devices (my DJ controller, external hard drive, mouse and keyboard, etc.) and I'm not sure what to do. I redownloaded all the drivers but none of them seem to be working.
