Product: HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with Combo Cable

Hello, we have a bunch of the Dockingstation Thunderbolt 230W G2. 

 

Today a employee came to me asking why his station isnt working. I tried to power it on, but nothing show up. No power led or something else. 

 

Then i gave him a new one that worked.

 

I disassembled the broken one and found that the connector from the powerplug wasnt even solder to the board. 

As you can see in the Picture.

 

Is that a common issue? or did i get a bad batch? i don´t know if he dropped the unit to the ground.

Now i have about 150 Units of this did i have to care of them aswell?
